What 2 countries are the prime targets of radical Muslim terrorists? One is Israel. Why do the Muslims so hate Israel? The primary reason is that Satan wants Israel destroyed so Bible prophecy cannot be fulfilled. This keeps Satan out of the Lake of Fire that was especially created for him and his angels. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Matthew 25:41

The Muslims believe the land belongs to them because Ishmael, the father of the Arab peoples, was a son of Abraham. However, he was not the son of Abraham and Sarah, he was the son of Abraham and Hagar, a slave girl. Now God specifically had in mind that the Jewish people would be descended from the seed of Abraham and Sarah and that seed turned out to be Isaac who bore a son named Jacob whose name was changed by God to Israel.

Did God bless Ishmael? 20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall beget twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation. 21 But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year." Genesis 17: 20 -21

Ishmael was born out of Abraham's disobedience. Disobedience to God always results in a curse. The Arab people have all the land of the Middle East yet they are not satisfied. They want Israel as well. They use the excuse that they are descendants of Abraham and have the right to the land. Who opposes this view they have of the world? Jews and Christians. Why? Because we know what God says in His Holy Word who the land of Canaan belongs to. Satan is in the background of all this hatred toward Christians and Jews.

Ironically, the Muslim world views the United States as the great Satan. They see this country as being all Christian. Therefore, this country must perish because Christians worship more than one God (the triune Godhead Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). Muslims don't believe in the Trinity of God they just believe in one God whom they call Allah. Because of our belief (which the Bible verifies) in a triune God head, the Muslim world views us as the pagan people rather than them.

The Jews are hated because they believe in one God but their God is not Allah. They also (according the Muslim worldview) took the land of Canaan away from them. Scripture is very clear who the land of Canaan belongs to and God did not withhold blessings from the Arab world. It is the Arab's jealousy and hatred of Israel which will ultimately lead to the downfall of the Muslim nations.

Will the Muslim world attack the United States again? Consider the fact that they still hate us, the fact that they consider us to be a pagan nation, and worst of all, they perceive us to be buddy-buddy with the nation of Israel, they have no choice but to try and bring us to our knees. Will they succeed? They might.

Bible Prophecy makes no mention of the United States in the end time scenario. Something happens to the USA that causes this country to bow down to the European Union. It is possible that they could successfully launch an all-out nuclear attack on America or release some kind of deadly virus which wipes out most of the population. It is also possible that God could call His church home which would effectively remove much of the leadership of this country. We can only speculate.
